Privacy
Short version: you can read every guide without an account, without cookies and without being tracked. We only count visits if you say yes, and we only keep your email if you give it to us.

Visiting the site
Pages reach you through Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA), which protects the site and delivers it quickly. Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical data for that purpose only (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in a secure, working site). Cloudflare is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Our own server logs the time, the page requested and your browser's name, to find errors. It does not see your IP address. The logs are capped at a few megabytes, so older entries are deleted automatically as new ones arrive.
Fonts are served from this site; no font or script is loaded from another company unless you allow analytics.
Visit counting (Google Analytics), only if you allow it
On your first visit we ask whether we may count your visit. If you choose No thanks,
nothing is loaded and no cookie is set. If you choose Allow, we load
Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.), which sets the cookies
_ga and _ga_* (kept up to 2 years) and tells us which guides are read,
from which country and which site sent the reader. Google does not store full IP addresses in
Analytics 4. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); § 25 TDDDG). Data may be processed
in the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
You can change your mind at any time with Cookie settings
at the foot of every page: the Analytics cookies are deleted and we ask again.
Your choice itself is remembered in your browser's local storage (cp-analytics-consent), not in a cookie.
Newsletter waiting list
If you leave your email, we store it with the date and the page you signed up on, and use it for one thing only: to tell you when the newsletter starts. It is kept on our own server, is not shared with anyone, and is deleted as soon as you ask. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
Emails to us
Corrections and questions sent to feedback@concertprograms.eu arrive in an Apple iCloud mailbox (Apple Distribution International Ltd., Ireland). We keep them as long as needed to answer and to document a correction, then delete them.
Links to other sites
Ticket, book, recording and donation links (for example Buy Me a Coffee) take you to other companies' sites; their privacy policies apply there. We do not embed them, so they learn nothing about you until you click.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, and have it corrected, deleted, restricted or handed over (GDPR Art. 15–20), and object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). Write to feedback@concertprograms.eu. You may also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali or the authority where you live.
